Pan Dort

In 2009, Benjamin Efrati creates Pan Dort, his first comic book based on the various myths about Pan, the god of wilderness in Greek Antiquity. As an echo of French philosopher DAF Marquis de Sade, Pan’s personality is depicted as pleasure-oriented, individualistic and non-conventional.

The 64 images composing the comic book were printed as a limited series of art-books in leporello format, exhibited in Jusqu’à ce que rien n’arrive, an exhibition curated by Pierre Vialle in 2015.
